It is normal for the two reports to show discrepancies because the payment report includes services that have been paid for or not.

The totals in the sales report (payments) include the totals of all orders, whether they have been paid for or not, but the total revenue report only includes payments. Therefore, any unpaid orders will not be included in the total revenue report.
